She listened to me before doing her typing on the computer. That felt very personal.

Julie the nurse practitioner, and the medical assistant, (I can't remember her name) were very pleasant , thorough and knowledgeable. They were both very patient and asked me questions, as well as answered my questions.

Julie quietly listened to my symptoms and then checked my ear which was the problem. I was in and out very quickly. Medication sent to pharmacy quickly! Picked it up on my way home.

My husband had a priority endoscopy procedure scheduled at the same time. Julie rearranged office times so that I could arrive early and leave quickly to be sure I was at the outpatient area in time to meet with his doctor for results/next step. She and the support team went out of their way to help me. I was VERY appreciative!

The NP was amazing and wanted to hear me and listen to me and she heard what I was saying for once! That means a lot and I would to continue my treatment and care with her in the future.
