Jessica either did not have the information necessary to adjust my pump or she didn’t want to or know how to do it. She told me my numbers were fine and didn’t care that it was a new pump and needed adjustment. She said the 6.5A1C was in the right percentile. She had no charts to show me or to see where I might need adjustments which tells me a download from the pump was not available.

I had no problem with the provider, but I feel the office was unnecessary. The only thing that was done was my glucose level was taken, which I already know since I have a Dexcom 6 CGM. The provider did give me encouragement, but everything could have been done with a 2 minute phone call or just posted on my chart.
