I truly feel like I have a patient advocate in my battle with diabetes. Jessica Grevenstuk is an expert in her field and loves the science behind it. She will be sadly missed by her patients and staff.

Jessica either did not have the information necessary to adjust my pump or she didn’t want to or know how to do it. She told me my numbers were fine and didn’t care that it was a new pump and needed adjustment. She said the 6.5A1C was in the right percentile. She had no charts to show me or to see where I might need adjustments which tells me a download from the pump was not available.
