Doctor was very knowledgeable I felt about my condition and presenting possible ways to help with my health. The staff at the Caro clinic were very nice, courteous, and helpful. When calling the office when Dr had told me to get started on a medication that was being sent to my pharmacy, I usually get notification when my meds are ready, but when i called the pharmacy to check to see if it was ready, I was told they had no order for me. I called the office on Friday and someone said they would check into it and call me back, I never heard from them. So again, I called to check with the pharmacy on Monday and still nothing. I called back to the office and a friendly lady told me it may have kicked back for a prior authorization and she would connect me with the nurse who takes care of that. I had to leave a message and again no one has gotten back to me.

Appreciate how Dr P (and his staff) listen and explain and Dr P gives options reasons and if choose not to begin a suggested preventative med (that might have side effects or even our insurance might not cover, he asks that I call if a n y changes in how feeling or symptoms — he wants an immediate call , not wait for next appt Very thorough and caring.

Dr. Pellizzon is an excellent cardiologist. He is very professional, caring and a good listener regarding my health issues. He saw me right away and ordered tests to see if I had any heart issues. I would definitely refer my family and friends to him! His staff is also top-notch-very friendly and professional.

This was my first appointment and it was very favorable. He seemed very interested in my cardiac condition and possible continued treatment of it. I would recommend his services to anyone.
