My experience with Dr. Nikolos was amazing. I think this is very helpful and I also think that having these surveys while people are actually in the hospital would improve the nurse quality. I love HOLY CROSS but I’ve had to pick up some friends from there that were treated very poorly by the nurses. I know it’s not an easy job, but if you can’t practice, good bedside manner, you should maybe think of getting into another profession people need to know that they’re cared for in the hospital that is my only recommendation for HOLY CROSS.
