He took his time to explain everything to me.He was not in a rush to get done. Very calm about talking to me and telling thing to look for and when to come back.

I did not have to wait long to be seen. Truly liked that as my issues was very uncomfortable and painful.

I'm not one for going to the hospital, I'm even less interested in volunteering myself for a surgery. That being said, Operation went perfectly & I couldn't be happier, I look forward to any further operations from Dr. Laffoon & his entire team. God bless you all. PS the music was AWESOME..

Was there anything outstanding?
Dr Laffoon is very personable and did a great job explaining my wife’s upcoming hernia repair procedure. Also his nurse Chelsey was very friendly and helpful. We also were very pleased that our appointment with the Doctor was kept right on time.

My nurse prepping me for surgery was amazing! Her name started with an “N.” I wish I could remember it, but she is from Kenya. She was so kind and thorough. I was also so blessed by the anesthetist, Dr. [last name]. He played my favorite song so that I would be at peace before going into surgery. That really meant a lot to me. Dr. Laffoon was very courteous and explained the process very well before surgery. I felt very well taken care of at Unity. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Noting, honestly. I felt very taken care of.

The entire experience was outstanding as I was treated with the best quality of care by Dr Laffoon and all of the care team was friendly professional and caring; Dr Laffoon once saved my husband’s life upon arrival at the hospital when my husband passed out at the wheel bleeding out from NSAIDs (NAPROXEN) and he’s remained in our lives as both our gastroenterologist and I’m so grateful and thankful for his expertise and commitment and compassion since day one
