I just feel a lot of doctors don't take the time to listen to what actually has happened to me of how I feel. I also notice that kindness and friendliness aren't part of some of their job description, but it should be. How you say things matters way more than what you're actually saying.

I find Dr. Gregory Seltzer most professional, very concerned about his patients, and his efficiency and medical expertise is unquestionable, and all in all, I feel very blessed to have him for a physician.

Dr. Seltzer was great. He actually surprised me. He said he had read my files before I showed up. He was prepared to discuss it and I trust him totally. And I still have a few questions for him, but for this past visit, it was great.

Yes, after I left the doctor, I got a colonoscopy prep. I didn't get the colonoscopy just to prep. But it's day five and I still haven't went to the bathroom. I'm still constipated.

Only disappointed is that Dr. Seltzer who has done my colonoscopies for years is no longer available; unless I travel to Washington Township. Unfortunately it is not convenient for me to arrange a ride post colonoscopy from that location. I am switching to another prover at the endo center in Voorhees.

I was asked where I got my bloodwork done and I replied LabCorp. When I got home and looked at the script there were also fecal tests included. I called the phone number and after on hold for 22 minutes I decided to call the 800 Jeff number. The woman tried to call this office and she couldn't get an answer. No one called me back to answer my question. I went to LabCorp the next day and couldn't have the tests performed because I was not given the containers for the fecal tests. That was the question I was trying to get answered BEFORE going to my lab appointment. I got a call the next day, too late, and was told that there is only one assistant assigned to each doctor. I called the gastroenterology main number so I don't know how she knew what doctor I saw. Even so, are you telling me that someone doesn't have a free minute to field a phone call or call a patient back? I am very disappointed in Virtua and if this kind of treatment is endemic to your system I will go to Jefferson instead.
