When I first contacted them about my right knees, the staff listened carefully to me and communicated to Dr Klein and got back to me with a closer appointment as I felt with knee pain 16 years and I was unable to put any weight on it.

Dr. Gregg Klein and his staff were with me from beginning to end of my total knee replacement. They are all professional and I can see that they sincerely care about me! I could contact them any time, 24-7, with any concerns I have. They checked in on me throughout my recovery to make sure I was doing well. I am so grateful to everyone!! Thank you all!

When I arrived for my appointment I did not have to wait at all—I was seen promptly upon arrival. The receptionist and nursing staff were kind, friendly, helpful, and very professional, which made the visit comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Klein provided excellent care and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Overall, the care I received was outstanding.

Dr Klein went above by notifying my Private Health provider of my on going treatment. He has changed direction of my medical treatment for other conditions.
