I felt comfortable and a lot of good questions were asked during evaluation.

Everything was very timely. Did have to call to follow up about a referral appointment the next day to make sure it was scheduled.

Direct eye contact was kept while information was being given, and I wasn’t rushed when I asked questions. I was also spoken/listened to like I mattered.
