Dr Greenhalgh is just lovely- she is very professional but also conveys empathy for my situation and seems to genuinely think through the problem and find solutions that are best for me.

The receptionist at the front door was so efficient and kind and pleasant. The nurse who took my [ ] etc was the same! And the doctors were so helpful and took time to understand my condition. She gave me exercise and recommendations for self care . Except for the drive in rush hour, it was great experience! I have already recommended her to a friend!

My appointment with Dr. [ ] was cancelled last minute because he was out of the office and I was able to be seen by Dr. Greenhalgh the same day at nearly the same time, which was very convenient. Amy and Dr. Greenhalgh were both friendly, professional, and caring during my visit.

Dr Greenhalgh is absolutely the best. She diagnoses the problem, explains easily and most importantly fixes it. She is an amazing doctor. And her support staff are so friendly and welcoming.

This was my first visit to set up a primary care doctor in Florida. Dr. Greenhalgh was great. She really listened. I never felt rushed and I felt heard. The office staff was also fantastic. The CNA, Aimie was kind and personable. I have to say it was one of my best experiences in a doctors office.

Dr Greenhalgh is wonderful - I never feel like she's rushing me through. She's very empathic and tries to see the whole picture. She's a gem and any facility that gets to employ her is lucky.

The check out staff was very helpful. Debi [ ] went out of her was to assist me in the checkout and billing process for self pay. She listen to past experiences with self pay and assured me any issues would be taken care of by her personally. I appreciated that very much.

Dr. Joanna Greenhalgh is a superb doctor. She has an excellent listening ear, excellent communication skills and superb bedside manner. She also provides excellent advice in a professional, yet calm and soothing manner. She is never intimidating, even as hard as a health condition may be difficult to discuss. I love her and am so very happy I found such a wonderful doctor in her!

Dr. Greenhaull was amazing and took the time with us. She was compassionate and professional, would recommend her to anyone. However the schedulers/front staff seemed to all have different opinions from what the doctor told us for follow up. It took a lot to get things right. They were also very quick to say no to what the doctor had told us for follow up. If anything deters people from coming to this office it would definitely be the front schedulers/check in staff.
