Front desk needs to be more attentive, stood at the desk to check on for approximately 20 minutes while watching staff talk to each other and occasionally glancing at me.

The process of refilling your medication should be made easier, going through the front desk is a disaster at times, they are always busy and sometimes don't even answer the phone as well as don't relay messages to the pharmacy, I have even had time where they patronized me and this is not acceptable however, the manager of patient care has been great and has given me time to work out issues that I've had and now I have a new doctor the third one in two and a half years and seems that she cares and will give me the care that I need so I'm willing to continue with dedicated senior Medical Center in Greenacres Florida thank you
