Prostate Cancer testing follow up after 19 years from a prostatectomy. PSA steady-old prostate tissue benign. Continue to monitor PSA over the next year. Excellent visit!

Excellent visit. Dr. Greco discussed images of concern and explained his uncertainty over the best treatment options for me. I was impressed that he did not leap to easy conclusions, and involved me in discussing why that was. It was a step back from where I thought I was on the treatment schedule, but I am grateful for it. I feel I am in good hands, not on a treadmill.

Dr. Greco is, and was to me, consummately professional and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff, and he explains that "stuff." I was seeking guidance whether radiation treatment for my prostate cancer would be advisable, and he explained in detail why it might not be. He is a superb physician.

I have had many appointments with Dr Greco since my prostate cancer surgery in May 2025. Dr Greco is kind, caring, patient and professional. He never makes you feel rushed, he spends time to fully assess my health, provide recommendations and treatments. He always takes time to answer all my questions and address any concerns.

Dr. Greco is amazing. He is clearly very intelligent and knowledgeable, yet he makes his patients comfortable by explaining very clearly in lay terms. He is pleasant, and in fact, the entire office, especially the front desk, is staffed by smiling people who greet you as soon as you walk through the door and wish you well as you depart.

Dr. Greco was well prepared for our consultation and had thoroughly reviewed my file, including my prostate MRI and PSMA petscan. He also personalized things, asking about my family cancer history to get a good idea of how long I might live after the procedure.
