I’ve never had a negative experience at West End. Dr. Gray-Swain is excellent and you all are lucky to have her.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Gray-Swain was very informative and clearly explained everything while maintaining empathy and understanding emotional impact. This was a 10x better experience than the last time I went through a similar situation.

Dr Gray Swain always takes time to listen and provide detailed guidance. She takes patient centeredness seriously and is so comprehensive in the cary she provides. She is hands down the best doctor I've ever had.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I arrived as instructed at 10:45 a.m. for an 11 a.m. appointment. I was in the examination room at 11:00 a.m., but I waited approximately 40 minutes for the doctor.

Dr Gray-Swain is very welcoming, and she was patient and kind. This was my first visit to this facility and I felt cared for and safe.

I just love Dr. Gray-Swain She’s always personable. Remember a lot of details about my life and is very clear in next steps for my vaginal health as well as next steps to help in Future pregnancy.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I always wish the wait time wasn’t as long, but I also understand that she is seeing other patients. If she is giving them the same attention and care that she does with me then I am totally fine with waiting.

Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was extremely helpful and caring.

Nothing, they are a well organized group.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Gray-Swain is THE BEST doctor I ever had. She is so nice and caring. She listens to all of my concerns and addresses them all. She loves her job and it shows. We experienced a fetal loss in 2021. She showed lots of compassion. She recently helped me delivery a healthy rainbow baby. She is awesome all around. I love her. Good doctors are hard to find. She is one of them .

I love that Dr Gray Swain sees me as a whole person — inquires about general health issues etc — not focused only on Pap smear etc.

Dr Gray-Swain is the most wonderful OB. She took her time with my husband and I during my appointment, was very clear and knowledgeable when discussing testing options, showed compassion when I voiced worry that I had. She is an exceptional doctor and I am grateful to have her on my care team!

Dr. Rose is always super! She is thoughtful, attentive and is very timely in her communications with me. I trust Dr. Rose and have been her patient for 16 years.
