This was my first visit with doctor Gray and that was due to my primary doctor retiring. This meeting was very comfortable and professional.

Dr Grey is always concerned about what is going on with his patients! He listens and is very conservative about his diagnosis! I appreciate him in my health care journey and would recommend him to anyone!

Dr Gray took his time, I did not feel rushed at all. This was my first visit with him & felt he was very thorough & explained everything.

Dr. Gray is always so attentive . Listening to my concerns and providing clear explanations are things I can always count on. He is genuinely friendly and takes a real interest in what is happening in my life. I always enjoy my visits and feel he is knowledgeable and has my best interest at heart.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My visit was to familiarize myself with my new primary care doctor and him with me since mine retired. In my overall visit he was very knowledgeable about my problems and discussed them with me. I was very impressed and quite happy with my choice.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing . Everything went well as always. I've never had issues with medical team. I'm happy with Dr. Gray.

Dr. Gray is totally aware of my wife’s and my medical situation and has listened carefully to our questions and concerns to provide the best care possible. I would and have recommended him to family and friends.

Dr. Gray is an extraordinary doctor who listens, smiles, gives excellent advice and encouragement, and is never judgmental or condescending. He is timely I getting test results to me. His friendliness, knowledge and encouragement make him the BEST!

Dr Grey is always kind and compassionate. He is always very thorough. He takes his time listening and explaining any questions or concerns that I may have. He updates his notes in MyChart promptly always calls or puts notes in MyChart first thing in the morning with any notes about my labs or results. He is a great physician.

Dr. Gray listened to the events of my past beginning with my heart and now taking care of my 83 year old disabled Father and my 78 year old Mother with mid stage Alzheimer’s Disease. He was able to prescribe a medication we hope will improve my mental health.

I think all the employees in the Festus office are extraordinary. My husband and I have been going to this facility well over 25 years. Our primary doctor is retiring so we wanted to stay in this office with this team so we are now seeing Dr. Christopher Grey. We are pleased to have him as our new doctor.

Dr. Gray always comes in with a smile he always listens to you. He asked you what you want to do about whatever he tells you what kind of treatment do you want he gives you choices and how you wanna handle things he is just the best solid doctor that I’ve ever had I’ve tried going elsewhere and I measure them up to the care that I get with Dr. Gray and it is never the same level. It’s always below and I always end up coming back to Dr. Gray. He’s patient he listens to you and he helps you through the whole process And he is very thorough.

Dr Gray is excellent. He is so kind and considerate. I really appreciate the time that he takes with me. He is always willing to listen to me and do his best to help me. It means so much to have a doctor that listens. I give him a A+

Dr. Grey is always very knowledgeable and is a very good listener. He will voice his opinion in a very polite way if you ask him for it. He is down to earth and really seems to care about his patients. My husband and I both go to him and really like him. 😍

I switched PCP’s just over a year ago I think and it was a scary decision as I had been with the same pcp for over 20 years. Every time I have need to see Dr. Gray he exceeds my expectations. He is exceptional and I am grateful to have found him. I tell people I meet that are looking for a pcp to consider him all of the time. Thanks Dr. Gray for all you do and for your wonderful staff too, well done!!
