Dr. Simons and Nurse Roxanne were great. They listened to everything I had to say, gave me a lot of professional courtesies. They were very informative. Dr. Simons did a great job with my ablation. I'm very happy with him and the staff members in his office.

The med tech who took blood pressure had very poor diction and I had to ask her to repeat and enunciate her questions several times. Also, her technique to measuring blood pressure did not follow recommended procedures (placement of cuff, positioning of arm, etc.)

I was eager to have the procedure for which Dr. Simons scheduled me as soon as possible but understood that the next available appointment was in about a month. The nurse promised to let us know if there was a cancellation. She called the next morning! I now had to wait only 9 days instead of 30, which is fantastic! All of Dr. Simon's staff are friendly, professional, and competent.
