It is SO wonderful and essential to have person-to-person contact with the staff and physicians at this practice. That makes ALL the difference to a positive experience and outcome.

to make an appointment and going through your attendant voice messaging unit, it's very difficult. It'd be much better if you speak to a live person.

It seems that the doctor and I have been playing some phone tag, but I haven't been able to get through to the office. I keep getting his service. I'm waiting for the results of my test, my blood work, and I can't get through to the office without going through the service. And every time the service tries to put me in direct contact with the office, they tell me they're busy, that they can't speak to me. I'm waiting for... a renewal on my medication, and the medication's based on the results of my blood work, so I can't get my medication. So the biggest issue I have is that I can't get the results of my blood test right now, and I'm not getting any response from the office. Thank you very much.

When I called and needed an appointment that day or the next day cause I really wasn't feeling well, the nurse at the desk got me in that day, as a matter of fact she asked if I can be there in 30 minutes! That was so kind of her to squeeze me in! I thought I would have to wait a long time being it was a last minute appointment but when I arrived there I only waited 10 minutes! I truly appreciate this office staff, nurses and doctors are extremely pleasant! Thank you so much!!!

As a new patient to the practice, I felt they were not overly welcoming or friendly..I found him very blase about a concern I had. Initially I was supposed to see another doctor in the practice but he came down sick so I had to use him or wait another 2 months to see the one I wanted to..

The place was completely empty and I waited one hour. I think that you have to go more in depth with your patients, looking them over than staring at a computer. We could all get information from a computer. That's exactly what we don't want, period. We want information where the doctor is concerned and goes deeper about our care period.

Okay, I tried to give the blood test, make the blood test. They couldn't do it from the both arms and I don't know why because they find the veins and they don't find the blood in me. Okay, it's not good.

Wish Dr. CORONICA would've at least explained to me what he felt was my diagnosis. Instead I kinda figured it out with my symptoms. Not complaining about it just wish he would've said you have "bronchitis, upper respiratory infection" etc. Although he did give me antibiotics to clear up infection hoping it helps clears it up quickly. Dr. CORONICA was very pleasant and quiet.

I can say Meridian should get rid of the call center. I would much prefer to be able to call the doctor's office and speak to somebody on hand. The call center continuously messes things up, schedules appointments when the doctor's not even in, and it's not me that feels this way, it's everybody. Will allow us to just call the doctor's office like old school, thank you.
