It was my first time at this clinic. Was worried too much about my moyamoya disease and it's risk. But luckily I have all great team from nurses to doctors who explained and gave me the plan what they would do to take care of my server illness. Front dest and valley parking were nice too.

I talked to Doctors, nurses and a scheduler. All were extremely informed about my situation and were very helpful and courteous. I was extremely pleased with my care and how careful they were to give me the information I needed to make a decision about the next step

My appointment was for 2pm with Dr. Grande, I wasn't roomed until 2:50pm and was seen someone other than the doctor I was scheduled for.

The representative that greeted me, the receptionist at the desk that greeted me was fantastic. Very, very friendly lady. She helped me out a lot. And also my rehab guy, Matt is his first name. I can't think of his last name. He was fantastic too, really helped me with my pain out of all the places I've been to. I am so well appreciated and hope to keep going back. Thank you.

After getting into see our provider after a 40 min. delay, they did not have the results of a scan taken elsewhere so it was another wasted 8 hr. trip for us! 2nd. time happening. rescheduled for a two-week return.

Dr Andy Grande put me at ease right away. I was anxious about having surgery and he spent a lot of time going over different procedures and allowing time for me to ask questions. I felt a lot better after my appointment. Thank you.

Mine was supposed to be virtual. But, provider couldn't connect. So it was a phone call. Which was fine. Still waiting for a follow-up phone call to schedule further tests.

Very impressed with the Surgeon and his staff. Took time with us and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Surgeon was very informative with options for my condition and made it easy to make a decision on how to move forward.

Dr Grande and his staff were explicit and thorough in their assessment of the case with me. Their personable approach left me with a comfortable positive feeling, they showed they cared. I am very grateful - I have been fearful of Chiari since I learned about it in 2009. Having difficult intimidating interactions with other specialists compounded the fear & caused me to avoid getting the expert evaluation/information needed to understand my Chiari & let go of fear - UNTIL NOW! Thank you for recognizing my need to understand, for not shaming me for being fearful & treating me & my husband with kindness & respect - LIFE IS GOOD! Blessings to you all!

The process of getting to the final treatment phase was longer than optimal and the scheduled date is still two months out. But I'm very confident in Dr. Grande and glad that he can help me.

Dr Grande is an A-1 Doctor and neurosurgeon. Caring, sticks with the patient even after the surgery. Follows to make sure continues to progress, or helps with needed resources!

I'm just leaving a review. The doctor and the doctor's experience in the actual appointment went really well. As far as when I was supposed to have my initial appointment, I got put on the virtual waiting room for two hours and told that the doctor was going to be getting on when he did not two days ago. And then not even told to get off of the virtual waiting room. They did call me back two days later to schedule my appointment and fix my appointment and have it today.

The entire staff were very helpful and patient. Our situation was a little bit not of the normal and they were so kind. Each person that came into the room were very attentive to our needs.

I was set up with the wrong doctor drove three hours for this visit, and he did not even come in the room to see me!! it was a waste of my time and money. They should have rescheduled with the correct doctor before I even arrived or at least giving me a phone call and told me that I need to see a different kind of doctor shame on them for not respecting their patients, and how far they come to see them.

Dr. Grande is Absolutely Amazing! He was my brain surgeon 10 years ago and has been with me every step of the way through my recovery. Throughout the years, I've had problems with some residual nerve pain, and he has always been there to listen and refer me to other providers to help. He truly was, and is my Guardian Angel.
