What Stephanie Graham did for me was paid attention to everything that I have on a written list that I brought with me. Very attentive, very helpful. And it was a very good visit.

I saw Stephanie Graham and I always enjoy my appointments with her. She takes plenty of time with me to listen to all of what I've got going on and she specifically meets and discusses each grievance I have and offers good information.

I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Graham. She's very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, was very concerned, and made several suggestions that I think are very beneficial.

I have Dr. Shoup for a number of years.
When my wife needed a new doctor I recommended Dr Shoup.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
While my issues were handled well, and the provider was very kind, I took issue with being called pet names. It was very unprofessional and felt belittling. That is something I haven’t experienced with other providers and I would prefer to avoid. I understand it is harmless, it is just not something I like from a healthcare provider.

Always on time. Listens to all your medical issues and gets you answers to your questions. Great place for your health care needs. Staff, Dr’s snd NP nurses.

So I think the group did everything well. I appreciated taking the time to explain things to me that I couldn't understand. So just really appreciated that.

I am a provider myself and I refer patients to this clinic a lot. I think that everybody there works really hard to take good care of the patients and all the providers are top notch.

The entire staff, nurse practitioners and doctors always are very professional and courteous. They all are very patient and understanding with my Adult autistic son, who at times could be somewhat of a challenge with his behavior.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Stephanie was great with listening & making suggestions about my concerns about upcoming appointment with bone density doctor & decisions about treatment options. Medical assistant was also great.
