Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The NP, Stephanie Graham, was excellent. Her listening skills and involving me in my care was much appreciated. All staff seemed cheerful and it appears they ACTUALLY enjoy their job. My hope is that BJC recognizes how important it is to have a happy staff. The vibes in that office were superb!

The visit was perfect!

It was my first time seeing Atephanie and really love her medical knowledge and understanding and explaining in great detail . It was a pleasure meeting her!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
First time seeing Stephanie Graham. Being the first time we had a lot to talk about pertaining to my diabetes . Stephanie was there for me. She did not just say do this do that. I was involved in the decision making. Not one time did I feel rushed. I felt that Stephanie wasn’t finished until I was finished. The visit was great.

Stephanie and staff were awesome! Everyone was so positive and friendly! Stephanie was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me explaining my diagnosis, med adjustments and insulin pump options. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit!

Nothing! It was a top notch experience all around!

Both the nurse and nurse practitioner were very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It was a very good and informative visit.

I really liked Dr Stephanie she really listened and we went over my care of plan to recognize the concerns of getting my diabetes under control. She took her time and it was not a rushed appointment

Everybody that I came in contact with was very attentive & very concerned about my overall health. They truly gave me hope to overcome being diagnosed wit Type 1 Diabetes.
