The doctor gave me follow-up information to get a hold of the office outside of regular channels when this lump on my back flares up so they could take a look at it when it's actually being its most aggravated.

Dr. Graf was very thorough in discussing my health and the options avaiable, including associated risks. She was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. She treated me with respect and made sure she took her time in explaining the medical terms so that it was easy to arrive at an informed decision.
