She is patient, a great listener, has a great demeanor in dealing with my fears/concerns. She explained gently the news of my health changes that now require medication & lifestyle changes. She addressed my fears/concerns & was very understanding of my hesitations about starting a medication routine for the first time.

When I first met Dr. Loy, I was hesitant because I was seeing another doctor that accepted my insurance. However, our patient/doctor relationship has grown into something more. She is very thorough in discussing my health, blood work. My blood pressure was better and I told her I was keeping a record at home as well. Dr. Loy offered me another suggestion for maintaining my progress. She is always very encouraging and supportive when I discuss any personal issues that are affecting me. This visit we realized we had a mutual friend!!
