Ms.Higgins explained everything she needed to do. I understood what caused my lung to collapse. I was awed by both the compassion and thoroughness displayed by Ms. Higgins.

Grace is one of the most thorough, patient and informative health care providers I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She took her time to explain the details of my condition and the treatment path forward. On top of that, she has the absolute best bedside manner.

PA Grace Higgins has to be one of the most congenial and professional persons I have encountered in all my years of coming to Piedmont Hospital. I especially liked the way she was able to explain things to me in layman's terms.
