I was treated like a human being and not a number. I wasn't rushed. I felt confident in my health care plan when I left. I am pending surgery and waiting for information on that. All was great. Would recommend her to all friends and family.

When she first started the conversation, she was talking to fast to understand what she was saying. After awhile, she slowed down and I understood what she was saying. A number of times I had to have her repeat things so I could understand. She very professional and helpful.
