Communication was great for all personnel during my visit. My only item is take a little more time when examining patient. To me, there could have been a little more time/less speedy to complete the examination.

Very professional and didn't hesitate to recommend options other than surgery when indicated.

Dr. Gossett referred me to another physician, who wasn't a surgeon, to explore treatment possibilities other than the surgery that he readily said doesn't have a great outcome. Generally, surgeons recommend surgery or PT, but Dr. Gossett both knew other approaches and who I should consult with.

Only negative I had to wait 20-30 minutes in exam room after scheduled appointment time and time with assistant who told me that there were 2 other patients for Dr. Gosset to see ahead of me.

My husband and I felt a little rushed through our appointment but Dr Gossett actually answered all of our questions. Maybe that's just the way the work world is, I did have a few questions after I left but I know I can just drop it in the portal
