I have never waited more than 5 mins. past my appointment (usually get called in right on time or even earlier that my appointment time) time to get called in the room. Dr. Gopan comes in the exam room prepared. He has looked over my chart, before seeing me, and ready to tell me about my recent test results. I never feel like he's rushing through the appointment. He is calm, very concerned, and knowledgeable about other issues I may present to him. Dr. Gopan is a very caring individual.

Same as above: Dr. Gopan was very, very thorough. He spent a considerable amount of time with me, discussing osteoporosis, reviewing my current regimen, explaining what I can do different/additional, making recommendations for possible treatment options, and willing to consider what I was comfortable with, and coming to a joint conclusion as to my path forward.
