Great Dr good bedside manners.

Dr. Gopan failed to communicate appropriately during my appointment. He did not ask me why I made the appointment; he was dismissive; he muddled basic information from my health information; he wasted time lecturing to me instead of learning whether his understanding of the onset and progression of my symptoms was correct. In reading his visit notes, it’s clear that he did not understand when symptoms began and why I was seeking the advice of an endocrinologist. His behavior left me feeling angry, dismissed, disappointed and confused. I had come to the appointment with some hope that I could speak to someone about my experience with Synthroid and to see if alternative medications might be appropriate for me. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do that.

Dr. Gopan is very professional and knowledgeable. He listens to you and has always been upfront and honest with me. His staff, nursing and front desk, are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat.

Displays genuine holistic care for his patients, not just their primary reason for the visit, and takes time to make sure patient needs are addressed and questions answered. He also is so knowledgeable but doesn't act like he's smarter or better than anyone.
