Dr. Gopan is an excellent doctor. He sits patiently and listens to the patient and answers all the questions in a way the patient clearly understands. I alway appreciate that he has looked at your lab results and last visit notes before seeing the patient.

Dr. Gopan failed to communicate appropriately during my appointment. He did not ask me why I made the appointment; he was dismissive; he muddled basic information from my health information; he wasted time lecturing to me instead of learning whether his understanding of the onset and progression of my symptoms was correct. In reading his visit notes, it’s clear that he did not understand when symptoms began and why I was seeking the advice of an endocrinologist. His behavior left me feeling angry, dismissed, disappointed and confused. I had come to the appointment with some hope that I could speak to someone about my experience with Synthroid and to see if alternative medications might be appropriate for me. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do that.

Dr. Gopan is very professional and knowledgeable. He listens to you and has always been upfront and honest with me. His staff, nursing and front desk, are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat.
