less personal face-to-face time this visit. usually I receive blood work results in hand when I leave and am told when to make my next appointment. this time I had to go to mychart. I prefer the face-to-face rather than having to go on the computer.

My blood pressure was elevated upon arrival and was taken again at the end of the visit and had gone down. This reassured me that I was getting good care. In addition my doctor reminded me that I needed a lab test and ordered that.

While I was in the office an announcement came over the PA system for the building which guided the practitioners and staff in afternoon prayer. They are not just doing a job here, they are fulfilling a calling for the greater good.

Dr. Goodman’s office is perfect in every way. You walk in and the staff are very kind and welcoming. Then the nurse that took me in the back was respectful and patient. I had a student doctor see me before Dr. Goodman came in and the student doctor was so thorough. She asked me a lot of good questions and was very pleasant. Then Dr. Goodman came in and she is such a good doctor. She took time explaining everything and was extremely thorough and clear with her explanation. I felt that I received excellent service from this office. I will be a patient of Dr. Goodman for as long as she is practicing.
