I really like how when they came to get me for my appointment, did not use my first name after seeing that I was transgender in my doctor notes.

The front desk people in the clinic were less friendly and not prompt to check people in (this is something that I have been accustomed to at the Mayo Clinic Health System - more of a customer service focus). Once I was ready for my appointment, Wren did a great job checking me in, and Dr. Goodman was A+

The nurses for Dr. Goodman were exceptionally kind and helpful. I couldn't say enough good about them. However, scheduling appointments like to the pain center was very difficult at the time. That's the only complaint I would have. Otherwise, Dr. Goodman and everybody were very, very kind. I appreciate it. Okay.

Hello, Dr. Goodman was very thorough and helpful when I did my video conference with him. I did feel a little stranded afterwards though. I wasn't sure what to do. I had some basic changes in medicine but I didn't know when I was if I would have to go to the ER again. So I felt a little kind of dropped off. That's it.

The only constructive criticism that I would provide is that it is difficult to book with Dr. Goodman, which is not a surprise to me, as I'm sure a lot of people would be wanting him as primary physician. If somehow more time was allowed, as I've tried to book a follow-up but have not been able to do so, as on MyChart there is no available times yet, that's the only thing. It's a good thing to have. Thank you.

I waited almost 40 minutes after being brought back to the room before I saw my provider. He was great, but it was frustrating how long I had to wait.

Everybody there (receptionists, nurse, doctor) was very nice. It is just that it was hard to find where the entrance of the building is and where the check-in counter is. I walked around outside and inside the building for a while before finding the entrance and before finding which floor to go. I really thank the doctor (Dr. David A. Goodman) for being so patient with my poor English and many questions. He was very kind and never showed any irritation with my long (too long) explanation, which made me very relaxed. Thank you so much!

Dr Goodman was great. He is a good listener and really tried to find the source of my problem with me. He also did a great job giving me options of what next steps could be and I didn't feel like he was trying to push me any certain way which I really appreciate.

The doctor treated be warmly and talked to me about my problem at length. I have not seen a doctor that gave me that much time for a long time. I am very grateful to him. The staff at the reception also welcomed me warmly and accelerated my admission process.

I had a very pleasant experience establishing care with M Fairview! Moving from a very large hospital system in CA where no one is treated as an individual, I was relieved that every person here from the front desk, to the records person and scheduler over the phone, to the nurse and doctor, were genuinely caring and very helpful. 10/10!! :)

Dr. Goodman is an excellent doctor. He is very easy to talk to and never seems judgemental. I had three issues to discuss and I thought we'd only get to one or two of them but he found time for all three. I am really glad I found this provider.

Dr. Goodman gives the time to be thorough when reviewing my several health problems and has been great in referring me to the right people and clinics when necessary. The whole UM Fairview organization has been the most friendly and efficient I have thus far encountered.
