Dr Gonzalez told me today about the option to get a pneumonia shot due to me being at risk. I agreed to do it that day so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. However, the shot was never mentioned again and is not described anywhere in my medical summary. I am left feeling confused and kind of guilty as if I missed something important.

Dr. Gonzalez knows my background and my blood test results when she comes into the room. She can talk knowledgeable about the results and makes excellent recommendations. She takes time to answer questions and explains things in layman’s terminology.
