I had let the MA know, and put in my portal message that I wondered if the ear pain that I had been having was contributory to the issue I was being seen for. The provider completely overlooked this comment and that was not examined.

I feel other offices could learn from this office! It could be the training ground for all Trinity Health Primary Care Facilities! As soon as you walk in until the last moment you walk out, this Staff knows how to treat peole with professionalism, empathy, kindness, warmth & humanity! They throw some humor in as a glze on top of this beautiful cake of perfection!n

It's so relieving to have a doctor listen to my concerns, and let's me have the ability to compromise on a decision or work together on a a solution. It's very satisfying to be understood and heard. Dr.Gonzalez does just that.

Dr. Therese Gonzalez is perhaps the best primary care physician I've had as an adult. She shows up with presence and genuine caring, and I always feel like I’m getting the best medical expertise and counsel from her as a patient.
