I felt the Dr came in to pitch putting me on HRT after previously looking at my test results. It wasn’t a bad thing, I just wasn’t expecting that and that left me no time left to discuss what I thought we’d be talking about, my IBS and my trying to lose weight, which I wanted to talk about more.

She is the best primary care doctor because she listens to patients, concerns, explains things clearly, and makes helpful recommendations. Never seems hurried & spends enough time with patients. Always positive, upbeat & friendly She doesn't appear "burned out" from primary care practice. Appears to enjoy her work & patients. Always energetic. Grateful to be in her practice.

Therese is the best doctor I have ever had. She is thorough, professional, and friendly. She listens and responds really well to any concerns. She follows up and offers suggestions. I am also a doctor and really respect her in so many ways. I have referred family, friends and patients to her.

I appreciate that when referrals are needed they are made at the time of my appointment, and that she has good communication with the medical assistants and nurse practitioners. During an appointment I don't need to repeat myself from one person to another. They communicate well.

Felt rushed and not totally heard. I felt she was open to my input on my care but sometimes feel the pressure of pushing interventions especially when I like a more holistic approach vs throw a pill.

I’ve brought issues up with another pc but they didn’t really follow through ( and part is probably that I didn’t push it myself)so there was no solution. Dr Gonzalez heard me and explained each aspect to test for answers. I am so grateful and blessed that FINALLY I am Able to seek causes and allow me to function better in life.

Not Dr. Gonzalez's fault. She appears to run around the facility as the only doctor on-duty, which is unfortunate, feeling rushed. Which no one likes to feel. She's otherwise an excellent doctor to work with, who listens to what you have to say, and takes care and concern with your health.
