He is a very kind,caring, and knowledgeable physician. He ordered a consult with a specialist for me, which is on September. That is why he has not contacted me with results.

It was worth a 40 mile trip to visit Dr Gonzales in Baltimore. He efficientlly triaged my issue, got me up for imaging and then had me back for further examination. Finally he scheduled me for an urgent follow-up in the retina clinic, same week. Consummate professional and great representative of the Hopkins brand. I say this as someone who has also been seen at Mayo Clinic Rochester, Cleveland Clinic, Bascom-Palmer and Cleveland Clinic Florida. The doctor and team should be congratulated for a first rate patient experience. On brand all around.

He rushed the appointment and spoke so fast. I felt like he was a robot, doing the same procedures over and over. Although he answered all my questions, I thought Wilmer Eye was one of the best centers in the US, but the care I received was pretty standard.
