Not only did Carolina fit me in for the call, she helped me make a decision on my medical path moving forward. I don't know of many doctors that go above and beyond like that.

I was scheduled an appointment five months out. I did call a few times to see for a cancellation was available. Your office did call me back and I got in immediately. My visit with Carolina was great. She gave me all the time that I needed and explained everything. I felt very comfortable and when I left, I felt like I could contact her with any concerns. I have four test that need to be done and within a day or so I was scheduled immediately for a few of them. I believe having those test scheduled so quickly is because Carolina acted and followed up with my issues.
