I gave Dr. Ethier a 10 rating because I was able to get a same-day appointment through your app for an urgent matter (a spider bite). She was warm, caring, professional, and took the necessary steps, including prescribing medication, to help me start recovering.

The Dr. was wonderful. My only question was the young nurse was wearing latex gloves hen she brought me to the exam room and never took them off or changed them even after pulling her own hair back with the gloves on. She may be new and hasn't been properly trained
