Sometimes to long of a wait after they have place me in a room. I believe when I call my doctor, the employees isn't giving my doctor the message to call me back, after I have called concerning my illness. They can let the patients know the results of their test, after the test have been done. If the return visit is to far-off.

Everyone in the facility makes you feel comfortable and safe when I come in they know who I am and I really like that. It’s personable and relaxing for me with no anxiety of going to the doctors. look forward to going each time I am scheduled they rarely reschedule appointments and that’s great .

Improve the length of time for referral processing for outside testing. Improve the process for seeing specialist. I was referred to Endocrinologist a year ago and still have not seen one.
