Upset about not having the correct flu shot for seniors now I have to schedule at Walgreen to get the correct shot. Don't understand why a senior clinic would not have it.

Direct care in facility is good. Not sure if referral delay when needed is due to type of insurance or facility. Process needs to be explained. I'm not use to HMO so is PPO better?
