The My Chart app is a pain. It would not allow me to pick my Dr it kept giving me another Dr and I wanted to continue my care with Dr Zuck since I have been going to him for years. I had to call and go thru the phone to schedule my appt. Thought app was suppose to simplify life not exasberate it..

My Dr Zuck is the best Always have my best interest in the fore front of whats going on. He takes his time at understanding what my issues are.

The doctor, PA, and x-ray Tech were OK. The receptionists were subpar and completely messed up follow up appts.

Dr. Zuck is the best. Great care, I've had knee surgeries before and have always hurt after. With Dr Zuck I had minor discomfort with the surgery he did!!!!! I will never go to another knee guy ever, only Dr Zuck.

Man, Zuck was very professional. He cared about me. He was honest. He said, I can tell you what you want to hear, but I'm going to tell you what you need to hear. And I need to hear those things. So I would recommend Dr. Zuck to every and anybody. He's very respectful. And he's just really honest about his profession and how he can help you. He'll tell you the pros and cons if you do and don't listen. Highly recommend Zuck. I don't want to go to nobody else.

Great DR. However waited 24 minutes to check out as the desk person forgot that I was waiting for orders. Front desk seemed chaotic. People but in to get attention and instead of having them wait in order they came, instead direct themselves to their problem forgetting those ahead of them. I was there for about 1 1/2 hrs. To long.

Dr Zuck is my favorite doctor. He's always there for me whatever the problem. Excellent doctor. Cares very much about his patients. I recommend him to anybody who needs an orthopedic surgeon.

Way too many phone navigators. Took 20 mins to change my appointment. Phone system is terrible. Making/changing appointment was very frustrating.

The staff from the front desk to the back of the house and Dr. Zuck are amazing people. They do a fantastic job. I feel like my quality of care was top notch. These people do their jobs well and I would recommend them to anybody.
