All the staff were welcoming and kind, especially as a pediatric practice, it is important to convey a warm and welcoming environment.

Dr.Isaacson lacked bedside manners. We felt he used sarcasm throughout the visit, along with speaking very fast and showed a lack of compassion while working with children.

Dr. Isaacson was very professional while still being great with our child. He took the time to see if things would clear up prior to just jumping right to needing a procedure/anesthesia. We will recommend his practice to any parents asking for ENTs

Our time with the doctor was brief. He seemed to be in a bit of a rush so I did not feel comfortable spending much time asking about follow up care or recommendations for my child. I was hurried along by the end of the appointment, so I was left with many questions to figure out on my own. Other staff was friendly. Two female technicians who did the actual tests on my child were WONDERFUL. They were very patient and kind.
