First time visiting this doctor, had a procedure done, maybe 5 minutes if that total. This guy was cold and not friendly at all. It was like I was bothering him. I've visited many doctors in my life this guy was the worst, sorry to bother you.

What I appreciate is that he thoroughly explains the medical procedure the patient is about to go through. When asked questions, he will answer them clearly and kindly.
