He answered my questions about the procedure/surgery he will be performing on my face. I didn't feel rushed during our appointment.

I liked the willingness of the doctor to listen to my concerns and give me options, explaining each one. I felt that he listened to me. The only thing I did not like was that the assistant sprayed my nose with a numbing medication and another nose spray in preparation for a scope of my nose, which the doctor said was not necessary. I think she should have waited for the doctor to assess me before numbing and spraying my nose.
