I received excellent care at TMH ER department on Metropolitan Boulevard, but I went in Saturday evening could not have asked the staff or the nurse practitioner to have taken any better care of me. I was very impressed. The only problem I have is your billing department which TMH is a disgrace. Glad that the patient care does not give such poor care as the billing department does.
