DR GIOIA IS GREAT. HOWEVER, TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE OFFICE IS AN IMPOSSIBILITY THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE !!! THE SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK FOR CLIENTS. IT ONLY WORKS FOR THE PEOPLE MAKING MONEY OFF IT. IT KEEPS YOU FROM TALKING TO THE OFFICE AT ALL.

I enjoyed my first visit to Dr. Gioia, the Doctor had time to speak with me and a feeling of general concern , compassion and understanding. Respect. I also had blood drawn in the Doctors office without any issues. Very well done.

He’s a great doctor. I have no problem with him. It’s the front desk and the office management that I have a problem with JOSEPH. The MA is also great.
