She goes above and beyond as a doctor. She even called me twice on the phone herself regarding my appointment and medication. She cares about her patients and goes above and beyond making them feel comfortable

Dr. Heinicke is the best dermatologist I have found so far! She takes the time to consider your opinion and explains in great detail. Any diagnosis or medication questions you have. I never feel rushed during an appointment.

As mentioned above, Dr. Heinecke was warm, professional and reassured me by thoroughtly responding to my questions. I have a fair complexion and have had sunburn in past years. Dr. Heinecke examined me for potential skin cancer (after I told her that my mother had skin cancer) and quickly treated a benign area on my face.

Is aware of my skin cancer from the past and I was checked very carefully. Found pre cancers and biopsied one. I appreciate her careful attention.

I have had to see Dr. Heinecke about 3 times over the last year or so, for a couple different reasons. She is always very friendly and easy to talk to. I am an educated man, but am still a country boy. She speaks in terms that are easy to understand. She always makes sure she has answered any questions that my wife or I might have. Her and every member of her staff deserve every accolade sent their way.
