It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Usera. She put me at ease right away. She answered all my questions where I could understand. She talked about my upcoming surgery, explained what they were going to do. She talked about the new prescriptions she was prescribing for me, when to start and stop taking them. She took her time and didn't rush through the appointment.
