The hospital staff was wonderfull. My doctor, Dr Greenleaf, was amazing. I would recommend Virtua to all my friends. You do need valet service because of the parking situation

Giana was very thorough and explained everything very well. She answered all of our questions/concerns and was very patient and kind with my father (the patient) and family that was there for this appointment. She was very knowledgeable about the surgical procedure and all that was entailed with that. She expresses great confidence in Dr. D'Ambrosio's surgical abilities and qualifications as well.

From the receptionist at intake to Giana Brunetti the PA who attended to the care that day, all had exemplary skills and attended to my visit with the utmost care and concern. I met with a physicians assistant, because the doctor wasn't available for weeks. I had to say the physicians assistant experience was really quite good.

I was told I have to go to physical therapy before I can get a MRI. I called my insurance to find out what it will cost me and I can't afford it. So I won't be able to get the MRI.

I thought she was great. She was very attentive, showed a lot of concern when I told her that I hadn't gotten the proper medication at first. And then she was very prompt to get me that proper medication. It was the right medication and I felt much, much better. So I give her all the credit in the world. She is awesome.

It was a great visit, great customer service from the time you checked in all the way to go back to meet with your provider. They listen to you. They take the time to talk through what you're going through so they can give you the best care. And I appreciate everything happening in a timely manner, especially scheduling and authorizations and things like that. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This was a great visit as always.

This appointment was useless. I was informed I. The appointment that I should have my PT completed before this appointment. That should have been delivered to me somewhere before I booked. Six PT sessions is a tall order in about a week and a half! Lowered expectations

The Office Staff, Doctors and Nurses run a smooth operation. As soon as one finishes with you the next person arrives with very little wait time. I wish all health care providers operated like this office.

If there is a way to simplify the disability insurance process that would make a huge difference. I keep receiving emails from Health Works asking for payment for every piece of paperwork they request.
