Nancy was excellent. She listened to me. She had reviewed my chart. She went above and beyond to get me an appointment with a PT so I could get treatment before a planned trip. She was very kind and I felt that she really was totally interested in making sure I got the care I needed. So appreciated!

Nancy and staff are great! Nancy is very thorough, is genuinely interested in your needs and care, she does not rush you and answers/explains everything.

Dr. Nancy Giamo was fun and great at explaining everything she was doing during my wellness check up. She made me feel relaxed. She also took the time to review my meds and gave some insight to what I can do to help my sugar numbers

Even though a Dr visit is not high on my priority list the group at BJC LSL always make me feel welcome with the friendly personnel and atmosphere. While nothing was extraordinary the whole group deserves praise for how they conduct themselves and their business.

My provider Nancy was friendly, attentive and she listened to me. She spent lots of time with me, asked thoughtful questions and was very proactive in ordering tests and prescriptions for me. My husband and I found her very thorough, honest and professional. We were impressed.

Dr Nancy is excellent at being current, conveying information in an easy to understand way and also making the patient feel comfortable being open and honest with her. She takes time and listens to the concerns and is able to make the patient feel at ease with whatever the prognosis may be. She is thorough and kind. Thankful to have her as my doctor.
