As always from the staff that greet you and everyone that helps you during your visit, it was professional, efficient and kind. You all are the BEST!!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Nancy took time to review current progress with testing by other medical socialists treating me which could be leading to a potential significant new diagnosis in addition to an existing chronic health condition and was compassionate in understanding my current anxiety and discouragement with this turn in my health post severe Covid. She has always been very thorough and is a credit to the medical profession and this office.

This group is always extraordinary. You are greeted by happy kind faces to check you in. I have never waited in the lobby more than 5 minutes. NP Nancy Giaimo is top notch. She actually hears me when I talk to here. She voices that she believes in me and notes/ validates my hard work. I have referred my entire family to her. Anyone would be lucky to be treated by her. Her compassion and knowledge far exceeds any previous physician that I have seen.

Both the nurse who took my vitals and NP Nancy provided excellent service during my visit. They listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease with the diagnosis and treatment.

Nancy listened as I explained my ongoing headache. After examining my sinuses and throat, she ordered a CT scan of my head. I was relieved because I’ve been worried that something might be wrong there.

NP Nancy Giamo is extraordinary every time I have been there! She checks all of the boxes, prompt, courteous, kind, listens and give great medical advice! I would never go see anyone one else for my medical needs. Nancy Giamo is the best!!

The entire staff is exceptional. They truly care about thier patients at lsl. Nancy Giamo has been my physician for many years. She has gotten me through the worst times of my life. She dropped everything the day my son passed to talk to me on the phone and get me started in the right direction with my grief. She is an angel.

Absolutely nothing. This facility and team at Lake Saint Louis goes above and beyond!!!
