Very disappointed. I requested a prescription. She said she would prescribe it and then didn't. I sent a message via my chart with no response. I will not be using this provider again.

Giacomina (Jackie) Sorezza is very professional, courteous, friendly, and engaging. She took the time to ask relevant questions and listen intently. She is very thorough. She has a great "bedside manner". I am extremely happy to have Jackie as my health provider.
