What could have been done to improve your experience?
I really don’t see anything that could be improved because everything was very good. They had a very good atmosphere. It seemed like everybody is friendly.

The medical assistant, Sydney, was very professional and courteous. She put me at ease. Dr. Ghoussoub is the best! She always takes time to listen to my concerns and answers questions.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr G always takes time and explains results and answers my questions regarding tests. She is always very caring. She talked to me about results that needed another specialist and referred me to one immediately.

I would hope the physician would actively listen and not be biased against people who have one of my conditions. I felt she would not be able to give me a fair listen nor give me the best advice unfortunately.
