Dr. Gerardi listens closely, probes, and gives informed consideration. Whatever it is I am dealing with -- it's a situation of "we don't know what we don't know" -- it's being addressed one step at a time, tests that yield findings that yield more tests and findings, etc. -- and all in consultation with the other doctors I am working with. It's a great team -- I am in good hands.

Dr Gerardi never makes you feel like you are an inconvenience and carefully listens to your concerns. Looks at you as an entire person with other health issues, not just a pulmonary patient

Not only is the pulmonary care department excellent, but everyone outside of that office was great. Finding our way around was a bit confusing but any staff that we spoke to about directions was very helpful.

I greatly appreciate the probing questions Dr. Gerardi asks. He listens and then asks more questions. Dr, Gerardi suggested a course of action I was not quite ready to move forward with. He was very understanding. Now, having been able to think more about it, I am ready to move forward and will follow up with Dr. Gerardi.
