I'd like to say that my provider is exceptional, kind, caring, informative. There is a true trust between myself and my child and our provider. He is beyond exceptional and we would follow him wherever he goes. As far as the service end, I feel that there needs to be lots of improvement. The staff is working extremely hard for the amount of doctors that are in there and the amount of patients that they are seeing and I feel that that is a quite intense environment for them and that they are all very wonderful and gifted employees that deserve to have more employees to balance it out. Thank you.

Dr. Ghacibeh is an excellent doctor and we follow him around wherever he would go. However, the actual clinic or agency or whatever, we have a very hard time with contacting them. We've asked multiple times for requests that have not been issued and we have on various occasions complained to Dr. Ghacibeh about it and he made sure that things were processed accordingly. Otherwise, we love Dr. Ghacibeh and we will stay with him wherever he goes.

Very nice, modern facility but a little trickey to get to. Thankfully, there were many signs with arrows pointing towards 650 from road. Without those signs, i do not think i would have been able to easily find the building.

doctor is absolutely wonderful. It is just so difficult to get a timely appointment with him. You can wait months and months before you can be seen and that's the only complaint.
