The wait time was almost 1 hour which is unacceptable. Dr Azzi apologized profusely and explained that his office is now lacking 1 doctor and that he is now being scheduled 3 patients in each time slot. It is easy to understand that it is virtually impossible to see 3 different patients all at once in the same time slot. This is unfair to the patient as well as to Dr Azzi.
