He explained the scan we had and discussed the follow up care we need along with more testing.

He was clear about the issues at hand and why they occurred. Also the fact that there was nothing to follow up on. His accent made it a bit difficult for me but I also wear hearing aids so it was not one sided. He never hesitated to repeat if I asked.
