You listen. Questions are answered and you treat me with respect. When I entered your office, a gentleman came off of the elevator upset. The young lady at the window was calm. She found where he needed to go and kindly printed the information out for him. Not once did she seem upset with his attitude.

First, Tina brought me to the exam room. She was friendly, professional and knowledgable. She performed an EKG, listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for Dr. Le-Bert, who came into my exam room just moments after Tina left. He was friendly, looked at me throughout the exam, reviewed my recent test results with me, answered all questions I had and also ordered additional tests for me. He also brought Dr. [last name] to the exam room so I could thank them both for the exemplary care they provided for my husband for many years, and who passed away recently. They are not just doctors, but people who truly care about the patients they treat. Kudos and many thanks from the bottom of my heart!
