Dr Zakhem effectively communicated the surgical process, frequently asked if I had any concerns and represents himself and SSMHealth in a positive, professional manner. I was completely at ease during the surgery.

We visited the clinic on Tuesday, the 25th, without an appointment, to get the wound cauterized. Dr Zakhem was available immediatly and took care of my need.

He seemed to know what he was doing so I'm hoping for the best results on minimal scarring on my face. Afterall, your face is what someone sees when first meeting you.
