For more times than I can remember I have stared this. I shall say it again: there is a need (my opinion) for a patient portal. This would allow a family member the ability to be of better assistance to their mom, dad, sister, brother, etc. This is the last time I will present this statement just for it to be totally ignored. One of the reasons that has me teetering on the edge of leaving JenCare. Corporate is the culprit here.
