The friendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the office. Also, the professionalism of my PCP Dr Athsaki Scharpon. She is very attentive and cares about my health and well being. Since I have been under Dr Scharpon care, my health has improved greatly. My blood pressure is managed and I’ve been able to lose a few pounds. Her beside manners are excellent.

First I would like to say, when you walk in the door, the security guard sitting there greets you with the biggest, warmest smile. Second, the staff sitting at the front desk welcome you with a warm smile and you feel as though your in the right place. When you name is called to come to the back to see your doctor the nurses are the same. Really going to JenCare Senior Medical Center is an amazing experience. I'm glad I chose this facility as my primary care.

For more times than I can remember I have stared this. I shall say it again: there is a need (my opinion) for a patient portal. This would allow a family member the ability to be of better assistance to their mom, dad, sister, brother, etc. This is the last time I will present this statement just for it to be totally ignored. One of the reasons that has me teetering on the edge of leaving JenCare. Corporate is the culprit here.
