I find it interesting that it takes months to get an appointment to see the Doctor, but when the Doctor has a conflict she is able to reschedule to the next day - with three time options available. To frustrate me even further, after rescheduling to accommodate the Doctor's office and arriving early for my new appointment, I had to sit in the lobby waiting area for 35 minutes after my appointment time, and then another 15 minutes after the nurse took my vitals to see the Doctor.

Dr. Gelfand is one in a million!! She’s simply the best doctor in the area of St. Louis. Absolutely irreplaceable..She actually listens and is very respectful and responsive as a doctor. We’ve never experienced this kind of care and compassion from a primary care physician until now. She sets the standard above and beyond. Extremely caring and knowledgeable.

[Staff] and Dr. Gelfand are a wonderful duo who work so well together to make sure my needs are fully met when I am there. After seeing other PCPs for 10 years one conversation with Dr. Gelfand has changed my life for the better with her thinking outside the box with the symptoms other providers brushed off I finally am getting answers to issues I've been having for years. And the fact that months after seeing me when I come into my appointment, she remembers little comments I made and has new information to bring to me that she has discovered since last seeing me. I have never had a provider who has done so much for me in such a little amount of time

Dr. Gelfand gave me the time I needed at thi OV. She’s the exception in todays medical office visits. I will miss having her as my pcp. In just 1 year of having her as my pcp, she has helped me more than any other I have seen recently.

Dr. Jane Gelfand is a DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH! I have been looking for this type of doctor my entire life! She is a listener, and then is able to apply scientific principles to my issues. I find that her depth of knowledge is enormous and you can tell that she is constantly keeping up with current research and best practices. She's the real deal.

Dr. G is always a delight to deal with! Really don’t mind any waiting for her. She always makes me feel like her only patient. I have never had a doctor make me feel like that! I am 71 but

Dr Jane ALWAYS provides great explanations to my complex health issues. She also appreciates that I’m prepped with a list of questions too that we review and tweak meds with explanations

The overall experience was fabulous. The time spent with Dr. Gelfand was perfect. She is so positive and has exceptional patient rapport especially for my second visit. I am so glad that I was able to switch to a female internist and love the facility.
